Now in its second year, this San Diego neighbourhood Oktoberfest is a four-hour Friday evening in Historic Pioneer Park run as a school fundraiser. Live music, German food, a biergarten and local vendors fill the park under strung lights, with lawn games and activities for children. Dachshund races were the previous year's hit and return expanded. All proceeds go to the Grant TK-8 Community Foundation.
