Shiner's historic brewery, founded by Central European immigrants in a small Texas farm town, opens its grounds for three straight Saturdays of Oktoberfest. Each weekend brings German music, food and games, and the brewery bills all three as free and open to every age. It is a brewery-yard celebration rather than a ticketed festival, tied to the beer the town is named for.
