SteelCraft's Garden Grove container park runs a single-day Oktoberfest each September, free to enter and open to all ages. West Coast Prost plays the courtyard, and the afternoon fills out with stein-holding contests, wiener dog racing, best-dressed judging and pop-up shops. Food and beer come from the park's resident vendors rather than a festival caterer.
