A service-club fundraiser in Redlands that pours the four big Munich breweries rather than local craft, which is rare for an Inland Empire festival. It spreads over a full weekend in Sylvan Park, pairing a polka stage with a Bavarian craft market and a games field. Children under 21 get in free and have their own bounce-house village, so it works as a family day as well as a beer event. Proceeds go to the Optimist Club's youth programmes.
